About Pastor Shaz

Pastor Gcinekile Sharon Mogokgwane, known as Pastor Shaz, is a South African-born, Botswana-based minister of the Gospel, author, and women's ministry leader. She is the co-founder of Arukah House of Restoration alongside her husband, Pastor Mmoloki Mogokgwane.

Sharon holds a Diploma in Food Science and Technology from the University of Johannesburg and a BA in Biblical Theology from the Assembly Bible College. She is an ordained pastor with over two decades of ministry experience spanning women's fellowship, children's ministry, pastoral counselling, and church leadership.

Her personal journey through anxiety, depression, infant loss, and spiritual crisis has shaped her into a passionate advocate for holistic soul care within the Church. She champions the Arukah framework—the biblical model of complete restoration (spirit, soul, and body)—as the antidote to the silence and stigma surrounding mental health in faith communities.

Sharon lives in Gaborone, Botswana, with her husband and their three daughters: Tshiamo, Mandisa, and Anelisa. Together, they are celebrating 23 years of marriage.
