Agreement Overview

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the "Restoring Your Soul: 30-Day Identity Restoration Journey" program, website, and related services (collectively, the "Program") operated by Arukah Restoration International and Pastor Mmoloki Mogokgwane ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Intellectual Property Rights

ALL CONTENT, MATERIALS, METHODOLOGIES, AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY ASSOCIATED WITH THIS PROGRAM ARE THE EXCLUSIVE PROPERTY OF PASTOR MMOLOKI MOGOKGWANE AND ARUKAH RESTORATION INTERNATIONAL.

Protected Materials Include:

  • The "Restoring Your Soul" curriculum, content, and teaching materials
  • The "Arukah Framework™" methodology and all associated processes
  • All workbook questions, exercises, and diagnostic tools
  • The 10 Root Causes of Identity Wounds framework
  • All books including "Restoring Your Soul," "Restoring Marriage," "Restoring Sonship," and "Restoring The Father Heart of God"
  • Video content, audio recordings, and all multimedia materials
  • AI analysis algorithms, prompts, and diagnostic systems
  • Website design, logos, graphics, and user interface elements
  • All trademarks, service marks, and trade dress

Strictly Prohibited Activities

  • Copying, reproducing, or distributing any Program content without written authorization
  • Creating derivative works based on the Program methodology
  • Using the Arukah Framework™ or similar methodology without licensing
  • Reverse engineering or attempting to extract the AI diagnostic systems
  • Teaching, training, or conducting workshops using Program materials without certification
  • Misrepresenting affiliation with or endorsement by Pastor Mogokgwane or Arukah Restoration International
  • Reselling, sublicensing, or commercializing any Program content
  • Scraping, data mining, or automated collection of Program content

Trademarks & Service Marks

The following are trademarks or registered trademarks of Arukah Restoration International:

  • Restoring Your Soul®
  • Arukah Framework™
  • Arukah Restoration International®
  • 30-Day Identity Restoration Journey™
  • 10 Root Causes of Identity Wounds™

You may not use these marks without our prior written permission. Unauthorized use of these trademarks may constitute trademark infringement and unfair competition.

Licensing Opportunities

If you wish to use, teach, or implement the Arukah Framework™ or any Program materials in your ministry, counseling practice, or organization, you must obtain proper licensing through our Certified Arukah Facilitator Program.

User Conduct & Responsibilities

By using this Program, you agree to:

  • Use the Program solely for personal spiritual growth and healing
  • Not share your account credentials with others
  • Not record, screenshot, or capture Program content for distribution
  • Respect the confidentiality of the community and other participants
  • Provide accurate information during registration and payment
  • Not use the Program for any unlawful purpose

Payment & Refund Policy

The Program fee is $49 USD (or equivalent in local currency) for individual participants. Payment methods include bank transfer, mobile money, and PayPal.

Refund Policy: Due to the digital nature of the Program and immediate access to proprietary content upon payment, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued after payment confirmation. If you experience technical issues, please contact us for support.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Botswana. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Botswana.
